Sue Duraikan, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), has worked with major global organisations, such as Accenture, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Microsoft and Nokia.
She also has extensive experience in the academic sector, having been a preferred trainer for Cambridge University’s Professional Development Programme since 1996.
Sue is an Accuracy Consultant for Scott Bradbury Ltd. She runs their programme ‘Developing an eye for accuracy’ for people in a wide range of sectors who regularly process data. This 7 hour course is highly participative, helping people to develop the skills they need to read, check and transfer data quickly and accurately. She is accredited by Adair International as an Action-Centred Leadership Trainer (Team leader level).
She holds the DISC Personality Profiling Certificate of Competence.
Sue also qualified in 2017 as an Accredited Workplace Mediator with CMP Resolutions (ILM Endorsed)
