Duraikan Training offers bespoke one-to-one performance coaching to help you develop the skills you need.

We work with individuals in confidence to build skills and self-assurance in areas such as:

  • Essential skills for line managers
  • Handling conflict
  • Presentation skills for large and small groups
  • Building a team
  • Business writing techniques

Coaching can be arranged in your workplace, at a neutral venue or online via Skype or Webex. Sessions usually last 90 minutes; the number of sessions can be agreed beforehand.
