We work with individuals in confidence to build skills and self-assurance in areas such as:

- Presentation skills for large and small groups
- Building a team
- Business writing techniques
Coaching can be arranged in your workplace, at a neutral venue or online via Skype or Webex. Sessions usually last 90 minutes; the number of sessions can be agreed beforehand.
